ZÁSADY POUŽÍVANIA SÚBOROV COOKIE

Zásady používania súborov cookie pripravila spoločnosť Jeronimo Martins Drogerie i Farmacja Sp. z o. o. so sídlom na ul. Żniwna 5, 62-025 Kostrzyn, Poľsko (ďalej len „Hebe“ alebo „ Prevádzkovateľ“) a je určená dotknutým osobám, ktoré využívajú funkcie webovej stránky dostupnej na adresewww.hebe.com/sk (ďalej len „ Stránky drogérie Hebe“).
Ochrana súkromia je pre Hebe kľúčová. Prevádzkovateľ určil zodpovednú osobu a vynakladá maximálne úsilie na riadne zabezpečenie osobných údajov a jasné informovanie dotknutých osôb o ich spracúvaní. Prevádzkovateľ sa zaväzuje spracúvať a chrániť osobné údaje v súlade s týmito zásadami a platnými právnymi predpismi, najmä v súlade so všeobecným nariadením o ochrane údajov (EÚ) 2016/679 a zákonom č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov.
1. Čo sú to súbory cookie?
Súbory cookie sú krátke textové súbory a ďalšie podobné technológie, t. j. malé súbory ukladané a uchovávané v počítači, tablete alebo mobilnom telefóne používateľa obsahujúce informácie, ako sú preferencie webových stránok, stav prihlásenia, názov webovej stránky, životnosť súboru a jedinečný identifikátor slúžiaci na identifikáciu prehliadača, z ktorého sa pristupuje k webovej stránke.

Používanie týchto súborov cookie Prevádzkovateľom si vyžaduje súhlas používateľa.

3. Aký je účel použitia súborov cookie?
3.1. Prevádzkovateľ používa súbory cookie, najmä na:
a. vykonávanie analýz a vytváranie štatistík o aktivite návštevníka na Stránkach drogérie Hebe a na základe správania návštevníka počas prehliadania Stránok drogérie Hebe a predchádzajúcich nákupov zákazníka;
b. zhromažďovanie anonymných súhrnných štatistík prehliadania článkov a produktov na Stránkach drogérie Hebe;

e. meranie internetovej prevádzky;
f. analyzovanie predajných aktivít;
g. prispôsobenie obsahu ponuky očakávaniam návštevníkov Stránok drogérie Hebe.
4. Nastavenie súborov cookie
4.1.
